If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy handling diverse responsibilities, we encourage you to apply.<\/p>\n<p>Job Purpose:<\/p>\n<p>\tTo efficiently manage client payroll processing, ensure timely and accurate invoicing using Sage, and manage the procurement of office supplies and services.<br \/>\n\tThis role will play a key part in ensuring smooth administrative and financial operations for both our clients and the internal team.<\/p>\n<p>REQUIREMENTS<br \/>\nMinimum education (essential):<\/p>\n<p>\tNational Senior Certificate<\/p>\n<p>Minimum applicable experience (years):<\/p>\n<p>\t5+ years in payroll administration.<\/p>\n<p>Minimum education (desirable):<\/p>\n<p>\tCertificate in Payroll Administration or a relevant Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration qualification<\/p>\n<p>Required nature of experience:<\/p>\n<p>\tPayroll processing, particularly managing multiple client payrolls<br \/>\n\tProficiency in invoicing clients using Sage or similar accounting software<br \/>\n\tHandling tax submissions and compliance reporting<br \/>\n\tExperience in office procurement<br \/>\n\tManaging financial records, reconciliations, and expense tracking<br \/>\n\tStrong administrative skills including filing, record-keeping, and workflow coordination<\/p>\n<p>Skills and Knowledge (essential):<\/p>\n<p>\tStrong understanding of payroll processing, tax deductions, and compliance<br \/>\n\tProficiency in Sage Accounting Software, Payspace (payroll system), Google Suite, MS Office (especially Excel \u2013 intermediate level)<br \/>\n\tStrong organisational and multitasking abilities<br \/>\n\tExcellent communication and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n<p>Other:<\/p>\n<p>\tProficient in both Afrikaans and English<br \/>\n\tOwn transport and a valid driver\u2019s license (for office-related purchases)<\/p>\n<p>KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS, WEIGHTS AND OBJECTIVES<br \/>\nPayroll Administration (35%)<\/p>\n<p>\tProcess payroll for clients accurately and on time<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with statutory deductions and tax laws<br \/>\n\tAddress payroll-related queries and provide support to clients<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate payroll records and ensure confidentiality<br \/>\n\tPrepare and submit payroll reports and reconciliations<br \/>\n\tManage leave tracking and processing for clients<br \/>\n\tProvide system support for payroll-related technical issues<br \/>\n\tDraft payroll-related communications (e.g., salary increase letters, deduction letters, advance agreements, etc.)<br \/>\n\tHandle payroll tax submissions, including EMP201 and EMP501 reconciliations<\/p>\n<p>Client Invoicing (30%)<\/p>\n<p>\tGenerate and issue invoices for clients using Sage<br \/>\n\tMonitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments<br \/>\n\tAssist with billing adjustments and resolve client queries<br \/>\n\tEnsure proper VAT application and compliance in all invoices<br \/>\n\tEnsure timely and accurate processing of client invoices<\/p>\n<p>Office Procurement and Purchases (20%)<\/p>\n<p>\tManage the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and materials.<br \/>\n\tHandle small, day-today office purchases as required.<br \/>\n\tMaintain inventory levels and reorder essential supplies in a timely manner.<br \/>\n\tMaintain Records of small purchases and reconcile expenses<\/p>\n<p>Administrative Support (15%)<\/p>\n<p>\tHandle general office administration, filing, and correspondence<br \/>\n\tProvide administrative support to management when required<br \/>\n\tMaintain financial and administrative records in an organised manner<br \/>\n\tCoordinate facility maintenance and service provider arrangements<\/p>\n<p>Closing Date:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\t2025-09-26<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"CLS Human Capital Specialists","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"Founded in 1996, we at CLS Human Capital Specialists offer a comprehensive range of solutions integral to Human Resources and Organisational Development.
