About the Role<\/p>\n
\tThe role involves ensuring customer success and supporting growth beyond planned targets within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include retaining and renewing existing business, developing relationships, identifying training needs, and spotting up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to refer to the regional sales representative. Additionally, the position focuses on optimising clients’ utilisation of our products and services.
\n\tIn this role, you\u2019ll hold a book of existing customers who you\u2019ll manage through their lifecycle, ensuring on time renewals, creating upsell opportunities where you\u2019ll drive additional transactional usage or additional user licenses to increase revenue. Through relationship building, customer training, and customer maintenance you will be responsible for retaining the book while driving incremental revenue.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDelivering exceptional relationship management and client support
\n\tNurturing the assigned book of business and identify growth opportunities where applicable
\n\tMeeting assigned targets for renewals and incremental revenue
\n\tIdentifying client training requirements and maintaining accurate records of training delivered
\n\tProviding quarterly updates to leadership
\n\tUpdating all opportunities in CRM timely
\n\tEnsuring that end users are effectively on boarded within the stated SLA<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tHave ability to manage a book of customers
\n\tBeneficial to have French or Portuguese as second language
\n\tHave excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
\n\tBe proactive and empathetic in addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
\n\tPossess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify trends and opportunities
\n\tBe adaptable and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
\n\tBe results-driven with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth
\n\tBe detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
\n\tBe proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, experience in SalesForce is desired but not required<\/p>\n
