Key duties and responsibilities (including but not limited to):<\/p>\n
\tProcess all customer transactions accurately and timeously. Manage orders from entry to finalisation.
\n\tManage all customer feedback requirements regarding Order Status, Back-orderReporting, and general inquiries in adherence to all policies and procedures.
\n\tDevelop positive relationships with customers and provide professional Customer Service and Support.
\n\tFoster relationships with internal colleagues and relevant business departments.
\n\tUse initiative and be proactive in resolving customer queries promptly.
\n\tPromote total customer satisfaction internally and externally through providing professional services and prompt query resolution.<\/p>\n
Requirements, skills and attributes:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12\/Matric equivalent
\n\tQualification in Sales \u2013 distinct advantage
\n\tPrevious experience in a customer service department and\/or a call centre (distinct advantage)
\n\tExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
\n\tExcellent command of the English language
\n\tData capture accuracy & attention to detail
\n\tAbility to manage customer\u2019s expectations
\n\tCustomer focused \u2013 ability to excel in the provision of service
\n\tEnergetic\/shows initiative and have ability to work under pressure
\n\tAbility to consistently deliver quality service even when under pressure
\n\tTime management skills and self-starter
\n\tProduct application knowledge of catering equipment an advantage
\n\tPC literate (SAP, Microsoft Office packages including outlook)
\n\tExcellent listening skills
\n\tProblem solving ability
\n\tTeam player<\/p>\n
