Key Job Outputs<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that quotations & pricing files are complete and accurate.
\n\tMaintain accurate records & electronic copies of completed documents.
\n\tSearching various tender platforms for applicable tenders
\n\tAssist in prepararation all relevant documentation for tender submissions to the Department of Health, various public and private entities
\n\tMonitor and track tender outcomes,
\n\tUpdating of reports monthly
\n\tMaintenance of all Internal Price files on Oracle
\n\tHandle Price Queries
\n\tSubmit monthly data and log fee reports.
\n\tCapturing and submitting Data and log fee invoices
\n\tMaintain necessary filing system monthly.
\n\tCoordinate all Single Exit Price related functions.
\n\tPreparation and Submission of Quotes for Private and Public Clients
\n\t\u00a0Ability to work quickly and with accuracy and with the minimum supervision whilst adhering to existing internal procedures.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0BCom Degree, current or similar
\n\t\u00a01 \u2013 2 years\u2019 experience in Quotations (FRQ\u2019s) and Pricing Administration or similar \u2013 Pharmaceutical environment would be advantageous.
\n\tIntermediate level of Computer Literate (MS Package)<\/p>\n
