\tThe Lead Generator will play a key role in identifying, researching and contacting potential clients through various channels to secure appointments for the sales team. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer engagement, lead generation, and supporting business growth.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tGenerate and qualify sales leads for pest control and hygiene services.
\n\tBuild and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
\n\tSet up appointments and provide qualified prospects to the sales team.
\n\tConduct cold \u2013 calling and lead qualification via phone and email.
\n\tDeliver excellent customer service and represent Ecowize professionally.
\n\tImplement lead generation strategies across phone, email and social media and other outreach methods.
\n\tCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share market insights.
\n\tResearch potential clients using online platforms, databases and industry events.
\n\tMaintain and update a comprehensive lead database.
\n\tTrack campaign performance and prepare reports for management.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tThis is an entry level position.
\n\tGrade 12 (Matric).
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n\tMultilingual communication ability is essential.
\n\tProficiency in in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
\n\tExperience with CRM software and digital tracking tools (advantageous).
\n\tSales experience (advantageous).
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
\n\tStrong telemarketing and verbal communication skills.<\/p>\n
