\tOur client, based in Central Johannesburg is currently recruiting for a highly organised and detail-oriented\u00a0Entry-Level Creditors Administrator\u00a0to join their team that specialises in printing solutions.
\n\tIn this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient operation of our creditors department by accurately and effectively managing accounts payable processes.
\n\tThis position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong analytical mindset and exceptional communication skills to contribute to the financial success of our organisation.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tEssential:\u00a0Matric.
\n\tBeneficial: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
\n\t6+ Months experience Creditors Administrator or in a similar role.
\n\tBeneficial: Valid Driver\u2019s License and own vehicle.
\n\tProficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
\n\tSolid understanding of accounting principles and practices.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tAccurately\u00a0process, verify, and reconcile invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
\n\tMaintain precise and up-to-date creditor records\u00a0within the accounting system.
\n\tPrepare and process supplier payments and employee expense reimbursements\u00a0in a timely manner.
\n\tCommunicate and liaise with suppliers\u00a0to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment queries, and related issues.
\n\tSupport\u00a0month-end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting requirements.
\n\tPrepare and submit statutory reports and compliance declarations\u00a0in line with regulatory standards.
\n\tContribute to the\u00a0implementation and continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and systems\u00a0to enhance efficiency and accuracy.<\/p>\n
