\n\tProject Management \u2013 Schedule creation & management, Visualisation, Budget creation & management.
\n\tProcess and Equipment Planning – Process Plan Creation, Layout Making, Process Kaizen, Equipment Plan.
\n\tQuality – Quality Result Analysis, CPK Analysis, Hinpyou understanding, QBI implementation.
\n\tProduction preparation – Specification Making, AutoCAD\/Catia understanding, Simulation, Kamishibai drafting, Equipment Development, Line Trial process (SKK), Kanban Process, Hoshitori Process.
\n\tAutomation \u2013 Robot offline and online Teach.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
\tN6 & Trade Test (Electrical\/Mechanical\/Millwright) + 6-year relevant experience (post apprenticeship).
\n\tS4 or T4 (Electrical\/Electronically\/Mechatronics Engineering) + min 4-year experience (post qualification).
\n\tB.Tech \/ BSc (Electronic\/Electrical\/Mechatronics Engineering) + 3-year experience (post qualification).
\n\tKnowledge and good firsthand experience in PLC\u2019s (Mitsubishi & Toyopuc), Robotic (Yaskawa, Kawasaki), VSDs (Mitsubishi) and AGV equipment.
\n\tGood knowledge of TCP manufacturing processes is essential for this position.
\n\tTCP Project experience will be an advantage.
\n\tHigh level of computer literacy is needed for this position. (Excel, Word, Auto CAD\/Draftsight, Catia).
\n\tKnowledge of PLC, Automation and Robotics is advantageous.
\n\tKnowledge of ISO 9001 & 14001 requirements is essential.
\n\tGood understanding and knowledge of ECI\u2019s, SMS Equiry & SMS-BR is advantageous.
\n\tMust be prepared to do stand-by work, travel (Local and international), overtime and shifts as required.<\/p>\n
