The key objective is to shape, build, and sustain a high-performance culture that embeds productivity into the organisation\u2019s DNA, enabling long-term business success.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Championing a High-Performance Culture<\/p>\n<p>\tLead initiatives that promote and embed a culture of performance and productivity.<br \/>\n\tActively influence mindsets, practices, and structures to ensure performance excellence is a core part of the organisation.<br \/>\n\tDrive change adoption, address resistance, and lead communication to support culture transformation.<\/p>\n<p>Performance Frameworks: KPAs, KPIs, and Scorecards<\/p>\n<p>\tPartner with executive leadership and HR to design and implement business-aligned performance frameworks.<br \/>\n\tWork with managers and business unit heads to translate KPAs into clear, measurable, and actionable KPIs.<br \/>\n\tBuild managers\u2019 capability to set SMART KPIs (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound).<br \/>\n\tSupport managers in developing and implementing quarterly scorecards for their teams.<br \/>\n\tMonitor progress against scorecard goals and ensure alignment with annual performance reviews.<br \/>\n\tEnable managers to conduct effective performance review discussions that drive engagement and accountability.<\/p>\n<p>Productivity Reviews &amp; Insights<\/p>\n<p>\tApply commercial insight to evaluate and benchmark productivity across functions and against industry standards.<br \/>\n\tRecommend process improvements, workforce optimisation, and staffing requirements to enhance productivity.<br \/>\n\tPresent actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>Technology, Systems &amp; Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tRecommend and leverage HRIS, performance management software, and analytical tools to measure and track performance.<br \/>\n\tUse data dashboards and analytics (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) to report on progress and inform decision-making.<\/p>\n<p>Key Competencies<\/p>\n<p>\tStrong knowledge of performance management frameworks and productivity methodologies.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated ability to embed a productivity mindset into organisational culture.<br \/>\n\tChange management expertise with experience managing adoption and resistance.<br \/>\n\tProven ability to link strategy to measurable outcomes and commercial results.<br \/>\n\tExcellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.<br \/>\n\tAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.<br \/>\n\tStrong communication skills, with the ability to create clear and impactful documentation.<br \/>\n\tHigh attention to detail and strong business acumen.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, or related field.<br \/>\n\tA postgraduate qualification (MBA or Honours) will be advantageous.<br \/>\n\t5+ years\u2019 experience in performance management, organisational development, or productivity-focused roles.<br \/>\n\tProven track record of designing and implementing performance frameworks that deliver measurable business outcomes.<br \/>\n\tCommercial acumen with the ability to link performance metrics to strategic and financial results.<br \/>\n\tExperience with HRIS and performance tools (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and data dashboards (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).<br \/>\n\tExposure to formal change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, Kotter) would be advantageous.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and managers across multiple business functions.<\/p>\n<p>Measures of Success<\/p>\n<p>\tSuccess in this role will be evaluated through:<br \/>\n\tMeasurable improvements in business productivity.<br \/>\n\tEnhanced employee engagement and performance outcomes.<br \/>\n\tSustained adoption of performance-driven practices across the organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( http:\/\/www.core.co.za ) or<\/p>\n<p>core.simplify.hr<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/core.simplify.hr","_company_name":"Core Group","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.core.co.za","_company_tagline":"We offer people the most exciting information, communication and entertainment technology for work and play, and service them through our network of resellers and our own retail outlets.
