Qualification, Experience and Competencies<\/p>\n
\tGrade12
\n\tMinimum of 6 years\u2019 experience as Mechanic General
\n\tTrade Test qualified in relevant trade (e.g. Diesel Mechanic\/ Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic)
\n\tExperienced trouble shooting and problem-solving skills on Earthmoving Equipment Machines.
\n\tWell imbedded machine specific technical knowledge and skills.
\n\tSound interpersonal and communication skills.
\n\tGood technical report writing skills.
\n\tBasic business and financial understanding.
\n\tComputer literate and good business writing knowledge.
\n\tGood and experiences on Caterpillar machine and product knowledge.
\n\tAble to achieve results through utilizing talent in team;<\/p>\n
Leadership;<\/p>\n
\tSound knowledge of job costing and administration;
