\tThis position makes gospel teachings, resources, or services accessible to all in a simple and affordable way, supporting the mission of the Church.
\n\tThe purpose of this position is to implement approved training programs and ensure standard methods are followed throughout all global temple clothing production operations<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Reports to the MTC manager and may include a combination of the following:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGreets, welcomes, and provides directions for missionaries, MTC official visitors and visiting public\u00a0
\n\tCorresponds and works with MTC employees, ecclesiastical leaders, various church departments, missionaries, and general\u00a0public\u00a0
\n\tCommunicates MTC standards, protocols and policies to missionaries and visiting personnel\u00a0
\n\tOversees inventory of various resources (missionary materials, office supplies, MTC vehicles, etc.)\u00a0
\n\tOversee missionaries\u2019 daily physical activities\/ service\/ temple trips\/ devotionals\/ personal and companionship study
\n\tHelp arrange dental and medical appointments, and transport missionaries to set appointment
\n\tAssist with the engraving of name tags and capturing access fingerprints
\n\tReceives packages and distribute materials for missionaries\u00a0
\n\tOrganizes and reviews missionary information\/itineraries\/items in preparation for arrival to MTC or departure from MTC and arrival at mission\u00a0
\n\tTracks important missionary information\/ items
\n\tAssists in compiling missionary training \/translation\/practice schedules
\n\tAssists in evaluating processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. May include other temporary assigned duties at the MTC (e.g. assisting with MTC missionary intake and departures)\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Required:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMatric and experience with administration functions.
\n\tFamiliar with computers and MS office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook\u00a0
\n\tExcellent Public Relation skills\u00a0
\n\tAbility to handle stressful situations\u00a0
\n\tA high degree of personal organization and self-management\u00a0
\n\tManage complex and highly confidential information\u00a0
\n\tExcellent social skills, able to operate with diplomacy, tact, and empathy\u00a0
\n\tAbility to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure\u00a0
\n\tAbility to understand and strictly uphold policies and procedures\u00a0
\n\tAbility to learn new computer programs quickly to successfully perform the essential functions of the job,\u00a0<\/p>\n
Preferred:<\/p>\n
\tReturned missionary,
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license
\n\tMTC teaching experience<\/p>\n
