\tThis is a 2 months Fixed-Term contract.<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Strategy Development:<\/p>\n
\tCreate and execute basic social media strategies aligned to business and campaign objectives.
\n\tTranslate strategy into clear, actionable plans across platforms.<\/p>\n
Content & Campaign Planning:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop tactical social media plans and content calendars.
\n\tEnsure content is engaging, trend-aware, and adapted for various formats (static, video, stories, reels, etc.).
\n\tCollaborate with creative, strategy, design, and influencer teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.<\/p>\n
Community & Trends:<\/p>\n
\tKeep an \u201cear on the ground\u201d by identifying emerging trends, conversations, and cultural moments relevant to our audience.
\n\tEngage with communities to build authentic brand connections.<\/p>\n
Reporting & Analytics:<\/p>\n
\tTrack, analyze, and report on performance metrics to measure success and optimize future campaigns.
\n\tProvide actionable insights to improve engagement, reach, and ROI.<\/p>\n
Skills & Competencies<\/p>\n
\tStrong understanding of social media platforms, formats, and best practices.
\n\tAbility to create and manage tactical plans that connect strategy to execution.
\n\tProficient in social media analytics and reporting tools.
\n\tCreative thinker with an eye for engaging content and storytelling.
\n\tHighly collaborative, able to work across teams (creative, design, influencer, and strategy).
\n\tTrend-savvy and culturally aware.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\t4-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
\n\tDemonstrated experience in creating social media strategies and content plans.
\n\tProven track record in reporting and analyzing campaign performance.
\n\tExperience working in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
