\tA vacancy exists for a\u00a0Direct Sales \u2013 Base Administration\u00a0within the\u00a0Kazang\u00a0–\u00a0Micro Merchant Division,\u00a0in\u00a0Eastern Region (KZN).
\n\tThe\u00a0Direct Sales \u2013 Base Administrator\u00a0will report to the Regional Admin Supervisor by handling a range of administrative duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role involves maintaining accurate records, managing communications, and assisting with various administrative tasks as required.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n
Reports and Dashboards<\/p>\n
\tManaging daily, weekly, and\/or monthly reports that show the effectiveness of the various business units.
\n\tDistributing said reports in the form of dashboards to the relevant Agent\/Sales Manager.
\n\tKazang Retentions Worksheets \u2013 Device drop-offs
\n\tUsing reports to identify devices that stop trading.
\n\tEscalating these to the relevant sales executive\/agent.
\n\tEnsure that any issues related to this are resolved satisfactorily by escalating to the relevant department head.<\/p>\n
General Sales Administration<\/p>\n
\tCompletes various admin tasks.
\n\tBase Administration Responsibilities.
\n\tDevice orders & Allocations<\/p>\n
Stock Take.<\/p>\n
\tAny ad-hoc administration as required by the company.
\n\tDoes ad-hoc support work for the Regional Manager.
\n\tWork weekends where necessary.<\/p>\n
In order to be considered for this position, the following requirements must be met:<\/p>\n
\tMatric\/Grade 12.
\n\t3 \u2013 5 years of administrative experience.
\n\tExperience in working with Data.
\n\tMust know about a CRM Systems \u2013 CR, Freshdesk.<\/p>\n
Technical Competencies:<\/p>\n
\tComputer literacy \u2013 MS Office suite.
\n\tAdvance Excel \u2013 preferred.<\/p>\n

\tWorking hours:\u00a0Monday to Friday (standard office hours) and Saturday & Sunday (on a rotational basis).<\/p>\n
