exceed corporate sales objectives<br \/>\n\tGrow our brands ahead of the categories we compete in<br \/>\n\tDevelop and implementation of mutually agreed annual Customer Joint Business Plans<br \/>\n\tDevelop strong customer relations within the identified channels to maximise business opportunities and grow the business<br \/>\n\tEnsure the field sales team have strong strategic relationships at all levels within the customers that they are responsible for<br \/>\n\tEffective use of the field sales team to ensure reach and share of voice in the market place with customers and in-store<br \/>\n\tEnsure effective national distribution and supply by maintaining adequate stock cover in all customers<br \/>\n\tIdentify brand investment priorities in collaboration with Channel Head, aligining to SRA<br \/>\n\tEffectively manage the Account P&amp;L for maximum efficiency and effectiveness, disciplined G2N management and ROI management of all promotional activity<br \/>\n\tMonitor and analyse sales performance through market share data<br \/>\n\tGenerate action plans to correct areas of weakness and capitalise on areas of opportunity<br \/>\n\tDrive external focus including regular field visits across customer, consumer, shopper and expert<br \/>\n\tTrack G2N ratios to ensure we are in line with our plan, unlock gross margin via Net Revenue Management activities<br \/>\n\tMaintain the highest standards of effectiveness within the account<br \/>\n\tIdentify new business opportunities which will have a positive effect on the region and the company<br \/>\n\tUse all available data to maximise sales within each area<br \/>\n\tInitiate ideas and concepts that will drive the sales.<br \/>\n\tDelegate appropriately<br \/>\n\tEmbed Global toolkits from Commercial Execution program<br \/>\n\tIn-depth knowledge of products<br \/>\n\tUnderstands and abides by Haleon policies and procedures<br \/>\n\tConducts Management Monitoring<br \/>\n\tCompliant management of claims<br \/>\n\tCommunicates effectively with senior management, peers, marketing and other departments<br \/>\n\tIs a respected individual with Haleon customers, staff and extends the same respect to all key stakeholders<br \/>\n\tUse our values and expectations to drive actions and decisions, role model values and expectations<br \/>\n\tEmbeds the five key attributes of the organization \u2013 Consumer &amp; Customer obsessed, agility, growth mindset, execution powerhouse and digital, data and analytics at the core<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and skills<\/p>\n<p>Required<\/p>\n<p>\tA university degree<br \/>\n\t3 &#8211; 5 years Customer management\/ Sales management\/ Customer marketing experience<br \/>\n\tGood communication and interpersonal skills<br \/>\n\tAnalytical skills<br \/>\n\tNumeracy and finance skills<br \/>\n\tStrong commercial understanding \/ experience<\/p>\n<p>Other Skills\/Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>\tProfessional selling skills<br \/>\n\tProduct knowledge<br \/>\n\tTerritory &amp;
