\tSupport the maintenance and reliability of rotating equipment by assisting in troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. Contribute to continuous improvement, equipment integrity, and compliance with quality and safety standards.<\/p>\n
Key Accountabilities<\/p>\n
\tCreate, maintain, improve, and ensure compliance with QA\/QC systems, procedures, and specifications.
\n\tApply mechanical maintenance knowledge to troubleshoot turbomachinery system \u2013 related problems.
\n\tControl and update documentation, including mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, data sheets, and SAP asset registers.
\n\tApply knowledge of the NCR process as it applies to turbomachinery.
\n\tManage, implement projects.
\n\tApply the Management of Change (MOC) process.
\n\tConduct root cause analyses.
\n\tWork overtime and during shutdowns when required.
\n\tPerform standby duties as required.
\n\tBe able to work independently with minimal supervision.
\n\tDevelop and implement effective maintenance strategies.
\n\tImprove and apply Work Management processes continuously.
\n\tSupport personnel development, including mentoring of Technicians in Training and contribute to team effectiveness.
\n\tMonitor, analyse, and improve equipment Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) of turbomachinery.<\/p>\n
Formal Education<\/p>\n
\tNational Diploma or BTech\/Advanced Diploma (Mechanical Engineering)<\/p>\n
Working Experience<\/p>\n
\tExperience: 3+ relevant years<\/p>\n
