\tSupervise technical and support services.
\n\tImplement and assemble enhanced systems independently.

Design and Development<\/p>\n
\tLead and complete the design of systems, independently and while leading a technical team.
\n\tContribute to feasibility studies of a fundamental project within specifications.<\/p>\n
Human Capital Development<\/p>\n
\tProvide coaching and training to individuals\/small technical team.
\n\tGuide the development of technical skills of individuals in the field of competence.<\/p>\n
SHEQ and Other Audits<\/p>\n
\tActively utilize the Necsa Business Process Management System.
\n\tIntegrate all activities and systems to comply with SHEQ requirements.<\/p>\n
Financial Management<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for the successful and cost-effective execution of specific tasks relevant to a project.
\n\tAssist with the costing of technical items to be used in the budgeting of projects.<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
\tNational Diploma in Instrumentation or equivalent.
\n\t6 \u2013 7 years\u2019 relevant work experience in Instrumentation and Electrical of which 3 years must be in a supervisory role.<\/p>\n
