KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tWork alongside the teacher, to ensure the lessons are of a high standard
\n\tWork alongside the teacher, to ensure the classroom environment in inviting
\n\tEstablish a teaching environment that is nurturing, and which promotes engaged learning.
\n\tBe prepared to engage in all activities that promote the well-being of the children in the class
\n\tBehave in a professional manner with regard to punctuality, behaviour, standards of work and students\u2019 homework.
\n\tBe open to continuously develop ones teaching through personal and school wide professional development.
\n\tAssist with the Holiday Care programme
\n\tProduce resources of a high standard for students.
\n\tRespond to e-mails and telephone messages from parents within 24 hours.
\n\tShow loyalty to all facets of Reddam House.
\n\tAttend all special occasions at the discretion of the relevant Head.
\n\tThe post holder is required to undertake any other reasonable tasks that the School Head\/line manager determine.<\/p>\n
