You will work closely with local and national brands, agencies, and partners to create impactful in-mall exhibitions, activations, and brand experiences. Your core focus will be to drive revenue through leasing promotional space, ensuring activations align with the mall\u2019s strategic objectives and enhance shopper engagement.<br \/>\n\tThis role suits a self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment, has excellent relationship-building skills, and understands how to translate brand needs into effective in-mall marketing opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>What you will bring<\/p>\n<p>\tMinimum 3 years\u2019 experience in exhibition, media, or mall activation sales, preferably within a retail or shopping Centre environment.<br \/>\n\tProven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving commercial growth.<br \/>\n\tStrong network of clients, brands, and agencies in the activation\/promotions industry.<br \/>\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.<br \/>\n\tAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.<br \/>\n\tConfident, outgoing, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.<br \/>\n\tHighly organised with exceptional time management and attention to detail.<br \/>\n\tUnderstanding of retail marketing, brand activation, and promotional planning.<\/p>\n<p>What you will be doing<\/p>\n<p>Strategic Planning and Execution:<\/p>\n<p>Marketing Strategy<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, including an action plan.<br \/>\n\tAchieve alignment with the property owners and mall\u2019s objectives by specific deadlines.<br \/>\n\tDeliver a monthly review of marketing performance.<\/p>\n<p>Campaign Management<\/p>\n<p>\tLaunch and manage all mall campaigns as per the agreed strategy.<br \/>\n\tPlan and execute campaign activities, sales, and special events, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.<br \/>\n\tMonitor campaign timelines, creative outputs, and implementation quality.<br \/>\n\tMeet campaign KPIs and targets agreed by property owners.<br \/>\n\tOversee event planning, budgeting, vendor management and onsite coordination.<\/p>\n<p>Stakeholder Collaboration<\/p>\n<p>\tConduct monthly meetings with tenants to encourage participation and collaboration in campaigns.<br \/>\n\tEngage with precinct stakeholders on collaborative opportunities.<br \/>\n\tEnsure alignment and maintain a productive working relationship between EBM, Property Owners and on-site marketing team.<br \/>\n\tAct as a liaison between all service providers (e.g.: creative, social media, publicity, etc.).<br \/>\n\tSupport the promotion of our tenants, the customer journey and brand image.<br \/>\n\tInterface\/build relationships and provide marketing support to the General Manager, Portfolio Manager, Finance Manager, internal team managers and staff, as well as customers and the public.<\/p>\n<p>Media<\/p>\n<p>\tBuild and maintain media relationships to enhance public relations and corporate image.<br \/>\n\tLead the creation and distribution of press releases with key messages.<br \/>\n\tOversee out-of-home, print, digital, and other advertising to ensure consistent brand visibility.<br \/>\n\tDevelop holding statements for media enquiries.<\/p>\n<p>Performance Metrics:<\/p>\n<p>\tFoot Traffic Growth: Work to achieve year-on-year growth of mall footfall.<br \/>\n\tMonitor and report weekly foot traffic trends.<br \/>\n\tTrack key marketing KPIs (e.g., footfall, engagement, reach, ROI).<br \/>\n\tReview campaign results and identify improvement areas<\/p>\n<p>Brand Visibility<\/p>\n<p>\tRoll out updated brand CI and positioning.<br \/>\n\tIncrease brand visibility through strategic brand campaigns and online presence.<br \/>\n\tConduct regular visual checks for brand compliance in signage, communications, and campaign collateral.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tCompile strategic presentations and reports, providing key insights and data to support informed decision-making and the achievement of marketing objectives.<\/p>\n<p>SALES (NON-GLA EXHIBITIONS AND KIOSKS)<\/p>\n<p>\tEBM are currently seeking a passionate, driven, and results-oriented Exhibition Sales Specialist to join our sales team.
