The Customer Service Consultant will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls. This role involves handling customer inquiries, verifying and requesting source of funds documents, and accurately capturing detailed information into the bank&#8217;s ticketing system. Additionally, the consultant will be responsible for authenticating customers when their banking information changes and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while managing their assigned tickets.<\/p>\n<p>Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Key responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Inbound &amp; Outbound Calls:<\/p>\n<p>\tHandle inbound customer inquiries and proactively manage outbound calls related to source of funds requests.<br \/>\n\tCompliance: Ensure all processes follow the bank&#8217;s compliance guidelines, particularly related to anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.<br \/>\n\tCustomer Service Excellence: Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.<\/p>\n<p>Client authentication:<\/p>\n<p>\tAuthenticate customers when there is a change in their banking information, following security protocols to protect client data.<br \/>\n\t2-part Verification of client: voice call and video call the client<br \/>\n\tAttending to incoming calls<\/p>\n<p>Ticket Management:<\/p>\n<p>\tManage and prioritize daily tickets assigned by the team, ensuring timely follow-up with customers to request source of funds and resolve any issues.<br \/>\n\tRequest and verify source of funds documents from clients in compliance with the bank\u2019s policies and regulatory requirements.<br \/>\n\tRegularly follow up on tickets at least once a week.<br \/>\n\tDocument Verification: Check the accuracy and authenticity of the source of funds documentation provided by clients.<br \/>\n\tCross reference information, verify Bank statements, ID\u2019s, POPS\u2019 and payment notifications.<br \/>\n\tData Entry: Accurately capture and record detailed information received from clients into the bank\u2019s ticketing system.<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric Certificate<br \/>\n\tMultiple Languages (Advantageous)<br \/>\n\tCustomer service qualification (Advantageous)<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of CRM Bank, OS ticket and Core Banking systems (Advantageous)<br \/>\n\tMultiple Languages (Advantageous)<br \/>\n\tExperience in customer service (Advantageous)<br \/>\n\tComputer\/Mobile Literate<\/p>\n<p>Deadline:31st October,2025<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( http:\/\/hellogroup.co.za\/ ) or<\/p>\n<p>hellogroup.erecruit.co<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/hellogroup.erecruit.co","_company_name":"Hello Group","_company_website":"http:\/\/hellogroup.co.za\/","_company_tagline":"The Hello Group exists to create game-changing integrated consumer and business services for migrant and marginalised communities.
