Responsibilities include\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDelivers high quality service to both internal & external clients
\n\tEnsures customer satisfaction levels are met
\n\tEnsure that LAN connectivity is installed and working correctly at all times
\n\tEnsure that all floor network termination points and Network cabinets are kept in a strict neat orderly fashion
\n\tMaintains and support the network (LAN) and desktop connectivity
\n\tInstall and maintain all ICT hardware and Software
\n\tEnsure that all cables are labelled correctly at both ends
\n\tMaintains and support the network (LAN) and desktop connectivity
\n\tSetup e-mail and support as per client request
\n\tSetup internet access as per Manager request for internal staff
\n\tInstall and update Anti-Virus software on all desktops
\n\tAssist in the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network equipment (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls)
\n\tManagement reports of access control as per request
\n\tMaintain documentation related to network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting step<\/p>\n

Your skills and experience include<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related
\n\t2 – 3 years of experience in a technical support or network administration role<\/p>\n
