Duties & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tMaintain and update WIP schedules and cost trackers.
\n\tAssist in monthly WIP reporting and revenue recognition processes.
\n\tReconcile WIP balances with actual costs and budgets.
\n\tSupport the production of month-end financial reports and audit documentation.
\n\tIdentify and resolve cost discrepancies or unbilled\/overbilled positions.
\n\tLiaise with operational and finance teams to ensure data accuracy.
\n\tEnsure timely processing of cost information into financial systems.
\n\tMaintain documentation in line with internal controls and audit standards.<\/p>\n
Key Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDegree or Diploma in Cost Management Accounting or any related field.
\n\tMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in a similar cost administration, project finance, or WIP role in a manufacturing environment.
\n\tStrong numerical and analytical skills.
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP\/project accounting systems is required.
\n\tExcellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
\n\tAbility to communicate effectively across departments.
\n\tA proactive, problem-solving attitude.<\/p>\n
