{"id":18014,"date":"2025-09-02T10:02:34","date_gmt":"2025-09-02T10:02:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/head-of-hrbp\/"},"modified":"2025-12-03T00:25:22","modified_gmt":"2025-12-03T00:25:22","slug":"head-of-hrbp","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/?post_type=job_listing&p=18014","title":{"rendered":"Head of HRBP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Description<\/p>\n<p>People management<\/p>\n<p>\tManage the daily operations of the HR strategic partnering function.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that the team has the necessary tools and methods to enable efficient service delivery and alignment with HR department objectives.<br \/>\n\tProvide coaching, mentorship and guidance to team members to foster growth and enhance performance.<br \/>\n\tMonitor the performance of their team to ensure strategy execution.<br \/>\n\tEffectively manage a HR team, create and execute plans and report on team activities in the relevant forums.<\/p>\n<p>HR Strategy Implementation:<\/p>\n<p>\tDeliver and optimize strategic objectives in support of organisational strategy and implement policies to ensure compliance.<br \/>\n\tSupport current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.<br \/>\n\tPerform pipeline management and accurate people forecasting and resourcing activities in line with the strategic workforce planning model.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and manage the human resources budget, prepare and present reports and HR metrics.<br \/>\n\tMarket the organisation\u2019s employee value proposition internally and externally and co-ordinate and implement employee satisfaction and best company to work for surveys.<br \/>\n\tProvide ongoing training and education to managers on the performance management process.<br \/>\n\tAccountable for the implementation of the human resources strategy with overall business objectives.<br \/>\n\tManages the facilitation of organisational design and optimal structures reflecting the current and evolving business strategy.<br \/>\n\tManage the execution of transformation plans and targets, ensuring adherence to the appropriate transformation governances.<br \/>\n\tManage the HR events calendar within the assigned business unit.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and implement relevant projects to address process inefficiencies and to streamline workflows.<\/p>\n<p>Stakeholder engagement<\/p>\n<p>\tEngage and collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to elicit feedback and requirements for process optimisation and\/or re-engineering.<br \/>\n\tAct as a liaison between HR and business stakeholders to drive cohesive improvement initiatives.<br \/>\n\tBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other concerns.<br \/>\n\tTrain managers on the process of compensation and benefits governance and drive the implementation of all human resources programs.<br \/>\n\tTrain and develop managers on the organisation\u2019s leadership brand and ensure implementation thereof and ensure that training and development strategies are in line with business objectives.<\/p>\n<p>Analytics and reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and maintain metrics, reports and analytics to track performance.<br \/>\n\tContinuously analyse key HR indicators and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and distribute the relevant reports to internal business and HR stakeholders.<br \/>\n\tAnalyse data and metrics, gather feedback from various stakeholders to assess process performance and identify bottlenecks.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge, skills and attributes:<\/p>\n<p>\tProficiency in HRIS software and systems, e.g., SAGE, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.<br \/>\n\tExcellent knowledge of payroll systems and processes.<br \/>\n\tExcellent knowledge of strategic HR planning, talent management, and organisational development.<br \/>\n\tExcellent knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
