\tAs a Warehouse Operations Supervisor at MCE Electric, you will lead and coordinate all warehouse activities, ensuring stock accuracy, timely order fulfilment, and adherence to safety standards. You’ll manage a team of warehouse staff, drive operational excellence, and play a key role in maintaining the high standards our clients expect.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDaily Operations: Supervise daily warehouse activities, including logistics, stock control, order picking, and shipments.
\n\tTeam Management: Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
\n\tInventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage stock movements.
\n\tOrder Fulfilment: Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
\n\tProcess Improvement: Implement efficient warehouse processes and identify areas for improvement.
\n\tSafety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
\n\tReporting: Prepare and submit reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and staff performance.<\/p>\n
Knowledge and Abilities:<\/p>\n

Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tExperience: Minimum of 3 years supervising warehouse staff and activities.
\n\tEducation: Bachelor\u2019s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred<\/p>\n
