Job Description:<\/p>\n
\tThe Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all warehouse functions are done timeously and accurately.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tClear understanding of WMS
\n\tExperience in a Logistics and Distribution environment
\n\tComputer literate (MS Office)
\n\t6 months or more experience
\n\tMust be familiar with WMS<\/p>\n
Qualification:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12<\/p>\n
Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tMonitor attendance of all staff;
\n\tEnsure all workers are wearing the correct PPE;
\n\tAdminister leave for all employees in the shift;
\n\tResponsible for all Forward Planning;
\n\tEnsure that Training; Performance management, and succession planning of the TES Supervisors are in place;
\n\tCompile Daily complement report and send to ADFusion Shift Manager;
\n\tEnsure all toolbox tasks are completed before the shift starts;
\n\tEnsure the shift runs well and queries are dealt with timeously in liaison with ADfusion Shift Manager.Ensure that process compliance is checked;
\n\tEnsure all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to;
\n\tEnsure Housekeeping is done at the end of each shift;
\n\tEnsure Cycle count is accurately done on each shift;
\n\tEnsure registers are completed every day for every shift;
\n\tEnsure that staff admin is accurate;
\n\tEnsure employees are paid the correct rates;
\n\tMonitor the Clock in the Report;
\n\tManage Overtime worked and scheduled;
\n\tManage Incentives
\n\tProvide daily feedback to the Client;
\n\tAttend daily planning meetings with the client;
\n\tProvide feedback on training
\n\tProvide feedback on staff complement
\n\tProvide feedback on KPAs met and missed<\/p>\n
