Business Intelligence.Commercial Operations SA \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Account Manager &#8211; Farmer.Commercial Operations SA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description<\/p>\n<p>Driving Profitable growth for MTN Business<\/p>\n<p>\tAchieve new business weekly\/ monthly and annual sales targets by managing and targeting new business development opportunities for new customer acquisition to MTN.<br \/>\n\tActively and strategically targeting new business acquisitions\u00a0<br \/>\n\tOpportunity Management through cold calling, lead generation, trade show and effective account acquisition planning (New Logos, Win-back Logos, etc)<br \/>\n\tProvide input into operational and promotional planning which will ensure revenue growth within an allocated portfolio of accounts.<br \/>\n\tMonitor growth opportunities through competitor activity scanning and feedback to business on such opportunities for further development.<br \/>\n\tRecommend ways to exploit new opportunities to grow the business further<br \/>\n\tProvide input into the fine tuning of processes, systems and support in line with changing work practices.<br \/>\n\tIncentivised to find new business opportunities to increase Incremental Monthly recurring revenues<br \/>\n\tOnce they close the deal they hand it over to a Revenue Quota bearing sales person<\/p>\n<p>Account management<\/p>\n<p>\tResolve escalated issues or escalate as appropriate.<br \/>\n\tIncrease MTN\u2019s Brand presence continuously by increasing MTN influence within the allocated portfolio of accounts.<br \/>\n\tProvide regular feedback on competitive threats to MTN business and advise on product\/service enhancement requirements.<br \/>\n\tPrepare reports on account performance as required.<br \/>\n\tMonitor growth opportunities through competitor activity scanning and feedback to business on such opportunities for further development.<br \/>\n\tRecommend ways to exploit new opportunities to grow the business further<br \/>\n\tProvide input into the fine tuning of processes, systems and support in line with changing work practices.<\/p>\n<p>Focus on providing exceptional Customer Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure all customer queries are attended to and resolved within agreed SLA\u2019s.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that customer specifications are met and that the customer is satisfied with the end service and\/or product.<br \/>\n\tConsider the implications of actions to be taken for the customer \/ the effect of actions on the customer.<br \/>\n\tProvide advice on the best approach to reach the best results.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuring Appropriate Governance and Quality control Measures<\/p>\n<p>\tUtilize sound practices that comply with best practice, legislation or other regulations \/ parameters \/ guidelines.<br \/>\n\tMaintain quality standards that will enhance the customer experience and cost efficiency.<br \/>\n\tWork consistently according to standard operating procedures.<br \/>\n\tAnalyse situations and take necessary action to ensure quality is maintained.<br \/>\n\tSeek feedback from clients\/ stakeholders and continuously seeks ways of improving on quality and customer service standards.<\/p>\n<p>Project Management<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and drive the execution of agreed projects\u00a0<br \/>\n\tDrive the implementation, tracking, monitoring and compliance of Projects<br \/>\n\tContract management in line with Procurement Policies<br \/>\n\tCo-ordinate project reporting<br \/>\n\tEnsure effective implementation of the integrated project management model\u00a0<br \/>\n\tRisk management<\/p>\n<p>Business Analysis<\/p>\n<p>\tPerform Business Analysis MTN SA Business Analysis in line with the methodology and guidelines<br \/>\n\tIdentify ways to fine tune policies, processes and systems in line with changing work practices<br \/>\n\tDetermine, document, and review requirements for projects within the scope of the value stream or impacting processes and systems\u00a0<br \/>\n\tDesign, analyse and document workflow and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness<br \/>\n\tIdentify Business Improvement and Optimisation opportunities that will result in improvement of process performance\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure that benchmarking is conducted with other companies and organizations within and outside the industry.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tConstruct business cases for initiations proposed by the business.
