PURPOSE OF THE JOB<\/p>\n
\tTo Manage his\/her Supplier’s portfolio (Internal and\/or External suppliers) for ensuring goods delivery at right time and place based on Alstom needs. Express delivery needs to suppliers and animate the Supplier’s delivery performances.\u00a0
\n\tDrive action plan for performance improvement & contribute for risk management.<\/p>\n
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tPerforming data quality checks, data cleansing as well as driving change to ensure data integrity on all SAP GSI modules
\n\tUsing data to drive business strategy and performance
\n\tManage multiple stakeholders from across the business to meet set deadlines
\n\tGuardian of the rules and promoting SAPBest Practices
\n\tStrategizing and consulting with business leaders on system requirements and changes
\n\tIdentifying User needs and resolving queries
\n\tDefining processes across the GSI platform,\u00a0implementing and supporting business processes in an SAP GSI environment
\n\tBuilding, testing and deploying technical components required for successful SAP GSI solutions, i.e. Reporting, Interfaces and Extensions
\n\tIdentifying and addressing SAP GSI needs building, maintaining, communicating value propositions, managing resource requirements, project workflows and budgets
\n\tStreamlining business processes to ensure maximization of SAP GSI capabilities, Finance, HR, Project Controlling and Supply Chain
\n\tBuilding an on-boarding training package for new users
\n\tOngoing assessment of GSI to ensure any gaps identified are closed to ensure the system is optimally used\u00a0
\n\tPreparing and\/or coordinating written and verbal materials
\n\tTraining Users and providing timely written and verbal feedback
\n\tCreating and maintaining a knowledgebase in the form of reusable information and knowledge objects
\n\tDeveloping ERP strategies and presenting to management and staff
\n\tFormulate change management plans and\/or project plans and coordinate workshops
\n\tContinuous operational and technical support<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE, BEHAVIOURAL AND TECHNICAL SKILLS \/ COMPETENCIES:<\/p>\n
\tSimilar experience of 2-3 years in an industrial environment
\n\tERP Knowledge: SAP (MM, PP)
\n\tKnowledge of Manufacturing, Process Engineering and Supply Chain processes
\n\tExperience with MS Office tools
\n\tStructured, organized, capacity to synthetize and address complex issues
\n\tGood communication and leadership skills
\n\tExcellent communication
\n\tMulti-cultural Management Teamwork and Customer oriented
\n\tData driven and courageous, rigor – Ability to manage teams in cross and multicultural relationships
\n\tLeadership of competence and influence: ability to Customer oriented – persuade and convince
