Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
User Experience (UX)<\/p>\n
\tConduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand customer needs.
\n\tTranslate findings into user journeys, personas, wireframes, and prototypes.
\n\tDesign intuitive user flows that align with business goals and enhance usability.
\n\tCollaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and validate design concepts.<\/p>\n
User Interface (UI)<\/p>\n
\tDevelop high-fidelity designs, style guides, and design systems that ensure brand consistency.
\n\tCreate visually appealing layouts, icons, and interactive elements.
\n\tEnsure responsive design across devices and platforms.
\n\tWork with developers to implement designs accurately and efficiently.<\/p>\n
Collaboration & Optimization<\/p>\n
\tPartner with product managers, developers, and marketers to align design with business objectives.
\n\tUse analytics and feedback to iterate and improve product usability and aesthetics.
\n\tStay current with UX\/UI trends, tools, and best practices.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.
\n\t2\u20134 years of professional experience as a UX\/UI Designer (or similar role).
\n\tStrong portfolio showcasing UX process and UI design skills.
\n\tProficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar).
\n\tSolid understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility (WCAG).
\n\tStrong communication and collaboration skills.<\/p>\n
Preferred Skills<\/p>\n
\tFamiliarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
\n\tExperience with motion design, micro-interactions, or prototyping tools.
\n\tKnowledge of user analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, GA4).
\n\tAbility to work in Agile\/Scrum environments.<\/p>\n
