Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tThe Senior Manager: Administration will play a critical role in\u00a0enabling all projects within Revenue Assurance to run according to the SLA commitments and deliver customer expectations.
\n\tThis role requires the incumbent to lead a large support team consisting of IT specialists (who interface with group Technology), procurement, reporting, logistics, billing, quality assurance and back-office administration.
\n\tThis role forms part of the core leadership team within Revenue Assurance that will take responsibility for ensuring the 3 business areas work seamlessly together to deliver on all new and existing bids and tenders; anticipate, monitor and reduce revenue leakage and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities\u00a0<\/p>\n
Business Unit Leadership<\/p>\n
\tWork with Executive: Revenue Assurance and Senior Managers (Projects & Operations, Sales) to enable project delivery.
\n\tEnsure streamlined interfaces between Administration and other teams across Cigicell.
\n\tProvide regular feedback to Executive: Revenue Assurance and COO.
\n\tDevelop, inspire and lead the Administration team.<\/p>\n
Project Management Support<\/p>\n
\tEnsure all project commitments and deadlines are met; communicate delays\/issues.
\n\tMaintain constant communication on roles, service levels, and expectations.
\n\tAccurately track project elements to deliver monthly dashboards to senior leadership.<\/p>\n
Processes<\/p>\n
\tEnsure accurate project tracking and insightful reporting.
\n\tManage accurate and timeous invoicing and payments for clients and Cigicell.
\n\tLink invoices to project progress and delivery.
\n\tEnsure systems support data cleanse projects.
\n\tProvide weekly feedback at management committee meetings.
\n\tAnalyse support and project performance, recommending improvements at both project and portfolio level.<\/p>\n
Efficiency & Accuracy<\/p>\n
\tManage teams effectively, ensure logistics and planning meet SLAs, maintain accurate asset register and stock tracking,
\n\tEnsure timeous and accurate capturing and invoicing.<\/p>\n

\tManage internal\/external communication and expectations,
\n\tBuild a culture of integrity and respect,
\n\tCo-create solutions and hold stakeholders accountable,
\n\tUpdate stakeholders regularly,

\tTechnical & Industry Knowledge \u2013 Familiarity with utility measurement and tracking devices, and related technologies.
\n\tClient & Sector Understanding \u2013 Experience engaging with municipalities and Large Power Users, with insight into their needs and challenges.
\n\tProject & Workstream Management \u2013 Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously with strong workflow and organizational skills.
\n\tCollaboration & Communication \u2013 Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
\n\tProblem Solving & Service Orientation \u2013 Strong analytical skills with a client-focused approach to resolving challenges.<\/p>\n
Education<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent 3-year qualification.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 8 years\u2019 experience in Project Administration or back-office support, ideally within the Private Metering Industry.
\n\tAt least 2\u20133 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
\n\tExposure to utility measurement and tracking devices highly advantageous.
\n\tExperience working with municipalities or Large Power Users strongly preferred.<\/p>\n
