\tProviding Support to all Consumer and Corporate clients on the functionality\/health of Tracker units. All queries and request will be assisted\/dealt with efficiently and professional.<\/p>\n
Job description<\/p>\n
\tProvide telephonic service existing clients.
\n\tHandle after Installation product support related queries (TomTom, Empower, Skygistics and Skytrax related queries)
\n\tLiaise with internal \/ external clients, branches, consultants, as well as fitment departments
\n\tCapture, maintain and update customer and vehicle details
\n\tCommunicate with the Cancellation department when receiving cancellation request from the clients
\n\tGeneral office administration (Pull reports, Investigation, Roaming and Login\/reset passwords)
\n\tProvide feedback to the internal and external customers
\n\tCreating, allocate and follow up on service requests
\n\tHandle internal and external complaints on Telephonically and emails
\n\tAny other related tasks or duties assigned by the Supervisor \/ Line Manager
\n\tAdherence\/Comply to schedules as determined on the Telephony system.<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements<\/p>\n
\tMust have Matric \/ Grade 12
\n\t1-year previous call centre experience\u00a0
\n\tComputer skills: MS Office, MS Outlook as well as MS Internet Explorer.
\n\tUnderstanding of telematics & telecommunications, specifically GSM & satellite communication
\n\tExcellent Communication (verbal and written) skills
\n\tAbility to take ownership of tasks and queries
\n\tExcellent knowledge on Tracker TMS, CRM, CDS, Skytrax Web and Skytrax Sales Support.<\/p>\n
