\tThe aim of this position is to closely control and execute the administration around receipts of dealer contract submissions, the quality thereof as well as the funds related to this process. Also to keep the data current related to and process payments, clawbacks, reversals, recurring revenue and client activity brought in through the Dealer Sales Channel. Process and maintain all information pertaining to the above accurately and timeously, strictly adhering to cutoffs and deadlines.<\/p>\n

\t1 – 2 Years Experience in a similar role<\/p>\n

\tExcellent verbal & written communication skills
\n\tComputer literate \u2013 Excel essential
\n\tListener experience advantageous
\n\tExcellent telephone skills
\n\tStrong organization and supervisory skills
\n\tSolid attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information<\/p>\n
Job Function:<\/p>\n
\tCreate New Dealer on the Dealer Program
\n\tPrepare Annual Submissions Dates Calendar and E-mail it to Dealers
\n\tKeep contract checklist current and QA accordingly
\n\tCheck and update Bonus Multiples before purchasing contracts
\n\tCommunicate cutoff dates for submissions and pro-rata treatment
\n\tPrepare the recurring revenue, submit for payment and send to the dealer on the 15th of each month
\n\tPrepare and communicate individual DSF statements to the dealer
\n\tCapture contracts that were purchased on the DSF
\n\tCapture weekly stats
\n\tReview continuous feedback from Dealers on rejects
\n\tE-Mail Pro-Rata sheet showing accepted and rejected deals to the Dealer
\n\tEstimates for weekly passes
\n\tFinal figures for weekly Purchases
\n\tLiaise with Due Diligence on passed calls and provide contracts to order entry to capture
\n\tPrepare and distribute the purchasing stats
\n\tPrepare submission summary
\n\tPrint invoices which need to be deducted from the dealer payment. Depending on the outstanding invoices
\n\tProcess clawbacks, reversals and out of warranties.
\n\tPurchase Contracts
\n\tScan and e-mail dealer payments debit notes, credit notes and technical invoices
\n\tSubmit payment summary invoices to FSC (debit notes, credit notes, pro-rata summary and technical invoices)
\n\tTo capture all clawback & reversals on the DSF scan and email to FSC and to dealers
\n\tSOP\u2019s must be upheld
\n\tMeeting and keeping on agreed-upon targets
\n\tEnsure SOX compliance at all times.
\n\tReview invoices to identify any errors before invoice delivery.
\n\tMaintain and update customer database.
\n\tImprovise existing billing procedures to avoid recurrence of errors.
\n\tTimeous Resolution of internal & external queries within the agreed departmental\/business unit SLAs;
\n\tTo provide telephonic & written communication (feedback) to bank and region as & when the queries are resolved
\n\tEnsure that the company principles are upheld at all times<\/p>\n
