Compile and submit reports.<br \/>\n\tInnovative Sales Techniques: Develop new business ideas and sales techniques.<br \/>\n\tMarketing Strategies: Communicate, implement, and monitor marketing strategies. Provide feedback on effectiveness.<br \/>\n\tTerritory Sales Plans: Develop sales plans for strategic brands.<br \/>\n\tMarket Analysis: Conduct market analysis and communicate findings with the marketing team and management.<br \/>\n\tSynergies: Identify and encourage synergies across business units and departments.<br \/>\n\tMotivation Elements: Implement bonuses, incentives, training plans, and skills development.<br \/>\n\tPerformance Management: Monitor and manage team performance as per company policy.<br \/>\n\tCollaboration: Build strong relationships with Key Account Managers and Brand Managers.<\/p>\n<p>Additional Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\tTraining: Ensure training is completed as planned.<br \/>\n\tQuality Training: Attend quality-related training.<br \/>\n\tCustomer Complaints: Report customer complaints within 48 hours.<br \/>\n\tAdverse Drug Reactions: Report adverse drug reactions within 3 days.<br \/>\n\tAudit Readiness: Support audit readiness activities and participate in audits.<br \/>\n\tData Integrity: Maintain Data Integrity principles and Good Documentation Practice.<\/p>\n<p>Education, Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>\tSuitable tertiary education is essential e.g. BSc\/ B Pharmacy; B Comm or related.<\/p>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<p>\tEducation: Suitable tertiary education (e.g., BSc, B Pharmacy, B Comm, or related).<br \/>\n\tExperience: Medical or pharmaceutical sales experience is essential.
