Purpose of the role<\/p>\n
\tFocuses on customer support<\/p>\n
Your responsibilities<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Develops customer contacts to build long-term relationships with customers
\n\tResponds to low to medium complexity technical inquiries, equipment installation, providing technical product specifications etc.
\n\tProvides responses to customer inquiries based on pre-determined scripts and other response guidance tools
\n\tReceives and assigns claims to colleagues, minimizing potential negative impact towards our customer
\n\tInteracts with clients to resolve order and delivery issues
\n\tFollows op on service contracts.
\n\tRecommends alternative products or services
\n\tKeeps CRM updated in collaboration with other stakeholders
\n\tWork Environment: Typically located in a call center environment
\n\tThis position is not compensated based on achievement of sales targets
\n\tPromotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company\u2019s operational activities<\/p>\n
What you bring.<\/p>\n
\tDegree
\n\tMinimum 3-5 years working experience in a sales or customer service management role.
\n\tGood communication skills will be required for this role.
\n\tDeep knowledge of the PC&V products will be an added advantage.
\n\tExperience with account management is required for this role.
\n\tKnowledge of West Africa mining terrain will be an added advantage.
\n\tFrench speaking will be an added advantage.
\n\tMust be a computer literate and ability to do PowerPoint presentations, analyze data and knowledge of sales management tools will be needed for this role.<\/p>\n
