Duties & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tReceive and inspect goods from internal\/external suppliers and customer returns.
\n\tComplete inspection checklists and ensure all documentation (e.g., delivery notes, GRVs) is accurate and aligned.
\n\tAccurately capture goods received into the ERP\/WMS (e.g., SYSPRO).
\n\tSegregate and verify items before allowing stock movement into the warehouse.
\n\tIdentify and record any damaged or non-conforming goods.
\n\tConduct physical put-away of goods in line with system instructions.
\n\tMaintain documentary records for internal auditing and planning.
\n\tAssist with monthly stock counts and inventory control.
\n\tRespond to internal queries from Admin, Distribution, and Accounts.
\n\tEnsure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System and Receiving procedures.<\/p>\n

Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
Education:<\/p>\n
\tMatric ( Grade 12 )
\n\tB.Com in Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 2\u20133 years in a receiving or warehouse\/logistics role.<\/p>\n
