\tAdministrative Support:\u00a0Manage the MD\u2019s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
\n\tCommunication Management:\u00a0Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the MD.
\n\tMeeting Coordination:\u00a0Arrange and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
\n\tTravel & Logistics:\u00a0Plan and coordinate national and international travel, including visas, accommodation, and itineraries.
\n\tDocument Management:\u00a0Draft, proofread, and manage confidential documents, presentations, and reports.
\n\tOffice Administration:\u00a0Maintain office supplies, handle procurement processes, and oversee general office management.
\n\tProject Support:\u00a0Assist in the coordination and tracking of projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

Required Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
\n\tMinimum of 5 years\u2019 experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrator at the executive level.
\n\tExperience within the energy, infrastructure, or investment sectors is an advantage.
\n\tStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n\tStrong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
\n\tHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
\n\tStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs proactively.<\/p>\n
