Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate and schedule audits for food retail clients.
\n\tManage daily administrative tasks including logistics, sample tracking, report delivery, and filing.
\n\tMaintain and analyze audit data using advanced Excel functions.
\n\tEnsure accurate scheduling of auditors and site visits.
\n\tSupport general administrative duties and courier coordination.
\n\tUphold quality standards across all deliverables.
\n\tHandle client and internal queries professionally.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nQualifications<\/p>\n
\tNational Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Environmental Health, Microbiology or Biotechnology
\n\tWilling to complete a Business Administration Learnership<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t0 to 1 years\u2019 experience in food retail or food safety auditing environments\u00a0<\/p>\n
Knowledge & Skills<\/p>\n
\tStrong understanding of food safety standards and retail compliance (advantageous)
\n\tIntermediate Excel Kkills\u00a0
\n\tExcellent organizational and time management abilities
\n\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tHigh attention to detail and data accuracy<\/p>\n
