\tTo ensure effective execution of Economic, Industry & Taxpayer Analysis activities to improve taxpayer compliance and maximise tax revenue collections.<\/p>\n
Education and Experience<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualification & Experience Required<\/p>\n
\tRelevant Bachelor’s Degree \/ Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) and 5 – 7 years\u2019 experience in a Tax\/ Economics\/ Accounting or Research environment, of which 2 \u2013 3 years at a Functional Specialist level<\/p>\n
Alternative\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tSenior certificate and 10 years related experience in a Tax\/ Economics\/ Accounting or Research environment, of which 2 – 3 years at a Functional Specialist level.<\/p>\n

\tRelevant Bachelor’s Degree \/ Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) and 5 – 7 years\u2019 experience in a Tax\/ Economics\/ Accounting or Research environment, of which 2 \u2013 3 years at a technically skilled level OR Senior Certificate (NQ4 4) and 10 years related experience, of which 2 – 3 years at a technically skilled level<\/p>\n

\tExecute specialist input through investigation and opportunities within the product process including risk concern.
\n\tAccumulate information to review work progress that provides input to reporting, decision making and the identification of improvement opportunities.
\n\tApply practical and applied knowledge and act authoritatively on methods, systems and procedures to identify trends and potential risks.
\n\tCommunication of situational interpretation and judgement of work outputs and queries in area of
\n\tspecialisation.
\n\tCorrectly apply policies, practices, standards, procedures and legislation in the delivery of work outputs.
\n\tDraw on own knowledge and experience to diagnose symptoms, causes and possible effects in order to solve emerging problems.
\n\tInitiate process and procedural change, implement the change and provide guidelines and support related to new requirements as a result of the change.
