KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/p>\n
\tAnswer and direct incoming calls to appropriate extensions.
\n\tTake accurate messages and ensure timely delivery.
\n\tGreet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
\n\tMaintain a clean and organized reception area.
\n\tAssist with general administrative tasks including filing and document handling.
\n\tAssist Debtors department with PODs, credit notes, and basic account queries
\n\tManage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
\n\tAbility to listen attentively and relay messages accurately.
\n\tProfessional demeanour with excellent telephone etiquette.
\n\tSupport internal departments with basic administrative duties as required.<\/p>\n
PROFILE<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12)
\n\tBusiness Administration or similar qualifications would be advantageous
\n\tExperience: Minimum of one (2) years\u2019 in a\u00a0receptionist or administrative role.
\n\tLanguages: English is a prerequisite;\u00a0bilingual preferred.
\n\tComputer literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) would be an advantage
\n\tDynamic and professional attitude\u00a0with strong communication and telephone skills.<\/p>\n
