Job Summary:<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory, assisting with shipping and receiving processes, and ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and organized. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tReceive, store, and distribute inventory
\n\tMaintain accurate records of inventory levels
\n\tAssist with loading and unloading shipments
\n\tKeep warehouse clean and organized
\n\tPerform regular inventory counts
\n\tAssist with fulfilling customer orders
\n\tOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
\n\tAdhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tHigh school \/ Matric Certificate\u00a0
\n\tPrevious experience working in a warehouse environment preferred
\n\tAbility to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
\n\tStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
\n\tBasic computer skills
\n\tForklift certification a plus
\n\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team<\/p>\n
