This role ensures brand consistency, drives customer acquisition and retention, and enhances player engagement through effective marketing campaigns and innovative brand initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Brand Strategy &amp; Positioning<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and implement the brand strategy in line with business objectives and market trends.<br \/>\n\tDefine brand positioning, identity, and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels.<br \/>\n\tConduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth.<\/p>\n<p>Campaign Management<\/p>\n<p>\tPlan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, sponsorships, events, affiliates).<br \/>\n\tWork with internal teams to deliver creative assets and campaigns on time and within budget.<br \/>\n\tMonitor campaign effectiveness and optimize performance using data-driven insights.<\/p>\n<p>Customer Engagement &amp; Retention<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop player-centric initiatives to increase customer loyalty and engagement.<br \/>\n\tEnsure brand communication aligns with VIP, CRM, and acquisition strategies.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with product and UX teams to deliver a consistent brand experience on-site and in-app.<\/p>\n<p>Stakeholder &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/p>\n<p>\tWork closely with product, acquisition, VIP, and content teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.<br \/>\n\tLiaise with compliance teams to ensure all brand activity adheres to local regulations.<br \/>\n\tManage external vendors, agencies, and brand ambassadors.<\/p>\n<p>Performance Tracking &amp; Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tTrack KPIs related to brand awareness, acquisition, retention, and market share.<br \/>\n\tProvide regular performance reports and recommendations to senior management.<br \/>\n\tManage brand marketing budgets and ensure effective ROI.<\/p>\n<p>Skills &amp; Competencies<\/p>\n<p>\tStrong understanding of the iGaming industry (sports betting, casino, esports, or poker).<br \/>\n\tProven ability to develop and execute brand and marketing strategies.<br \/>\n\tStrong project management and organizational skills.<br \/>\n\tCreative thinker with the ability to translate insights into impactful campaigns.<br \/>\n\tExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.<br \/>\n\tData-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and reporting tools.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.<br \/>\n\t3\u20135 years of experience in brand management, preferably in iGaming, online entertainment, or digital marketing.<br \/>\n\tHands-on experience with digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, programmatic).<br \/>\n\tExperience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams.<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of compliance and responsible gaming regulations in different jurisdictions (advantage).<br \/>\n\t\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Blueion Support Services","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"Blueion provides the best, leading-edge global support services to a variety of international organizations.
