\tAs a Senior creative you will work with our passionate, multi-talented studio delivering on exceptional, integrated concepts and designs to exceed client briefs and expectations.
\n\tA Senior Digital Designer can expect to be craft-led and platform neutral conceptual thinkers, in particular having an understanding of all major social platforms as well as being comfortable executing work on these platforms as well as any digital format. Should a desire to transform companies by creating beautiful, intuitive, and human-centred products and experiences.
\n\tThe successful candidate will be tuned into all aspects of South African popular culture and the platforms and media it plays in, as well as have a strong point of view on what it takes to win in this spac<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
What you\u2019ll do everyday<\/p>\n
\tBe up to date with digital platforms
\n\tManage your creative process on projects
\n\tWork with other disciplines (Strategists, Developers, Media, Accounts, etc.)
\n\tBe a champion for digital innovation on every project you touch
\n\tParticipate in pitches for new business
\n\tDefine or apply the aesthetic of overall campaigns
\n\tManage multiple projects simultaneously
\n\tGenerate ideas and sell them into clients or other members of the team
\n\tMock up creative ideas
\n\tDesign across multiple channels
\n\tConsistently produce creative elements against a deliverables list
\n\tParticipate in brainstorms & conceptualisation
\n\tLead the craft & design of your idea
\n\tCompile presentations for clients and learn to present
\n\tAttend client briefings & if required, present to clients<\/p>\n
OPERATIONAL KPI\u2019S<\/p>\n
\tAbility of design work (Show minimum of 4 examples)
\n\tMust show an understanding of various programmes<\/p>\n
BUSINESS KPI\u2019s<\/p>\n
\tMust be able to work on one sizable and two small size project at any one time.
\n\tHave the ability to attend every review on a project with new 3 ideas \/ designs<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tGreat time management
\n\tMust have a minimum of 3-4 years\u2019 experience
\n\tAbility to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines
\n\tAdopt problem solving skills
\n\tStrong communication skills with ability to provide rationales for creative choices made
\n\tAdequate presentation skills
\n\tWorking knowledge of existing and emerging technologies & platforms
\n\tA strong understanding of best practice interaction and visual design principles
\n\tAble to work with team members<\/p>\n
