Provide feedback to Candidate Fellows on their overall progress.<br \/>\n\tMonitor Candidate Fellows academic progress<br \/>\n\tEnsure that each Candidate Fellow has a clear understanding of Self-Directed Learning and its benefits as part of the Fellowship Programme<br \/>\n\tDiscuss the Candidate Fellows&#8217; strategy for achieving the goals and intentions of Ignitions Recommend proactive and remedial action on gaps in academic results<br \/>\n\tContinuous monitoring and evaluation of the psycho-social progress.<br \/>\n\tIdentify psycho-social issues that may impact on Candidate Fellows academic performance and personal development<br \/>\n\tProvide academic and non-academic mentoring and coaching to individually and as a group for the duration of the programme<br \/>\n\tRefer Candidate Fellows to relevant university and external support resources to assist Candidate Fellows in their development<br \/>\n\tReview each Candidate Fellow&#8217;s submissions and guide them towards self-leadership through focused goals and activities that lead to excellence<br \/>\n\tAssess and moderate application forms<br \/>\n\tConduct interviews with short-listed applicants<br \/>\n\tProvide input into selection process refinements<br \/>\n\tConduct school visits, assists with the university roadshow and attends Expos as requested by the Fellowship Selection Team<br \/>\n\tParticipate in planning meetings for regional and national programme activities and events, e.g. Dialogue Sessions, Orientation, Jamboree, year specific events, directed or refined by management<br \/>\n\tProvide guidance and constructive feedback to Candidate Fellows on their assessment tasks and overall progress in the Programme<br \/>\n\tGather Programme feedback from Candidate Fellows and other participants as appropriate and complete evaluations in accordance with policy and processes<br \/>\n\tRecommend independent specialists\/external facilitators to deliver specified learning sessions when necessary<br \/>\n\tMake recommendations to senior management on Candidate Fellow&#8217;s progress and Fellowship renewal<br \/>\n\tCollate and analyses relevant information and compiles annual reports<br \/>\n\tReport on progress experienced by Candidate Fellows in terms of their academic and personal development<br \/>\n\tSource, build and maintain relationship with subject matter experts in specific relevant fields<br \/>\n\tMaintain regular contact with key stakeholders<br \/>\n\tDevelop and refines activities, materials and tools for the Personal Development\/Leadership Programme and academic components of the Programme Curriculum<br \/>\n\tConduct research and consults with key role players to make recommendations for further development of programme<br \/>\n\tActs as a knowledge consultant to Candidate Fellows in Personal Leadership<br \/>\n\tReceive input and recommendations from the Curriculum Development Specialist and operationalises the Fellowship Curriculum<\/p>\n<p>Experience and Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentification with the Foundation\u2019s Vision, Mission and Ethos<br \/>\n\tHonours degree<br \/>\n\t3 years relevant experience<br \/>\n\tCompetencies<br \/>\n\tAdaptability<br \/>\n\tAnalytical Thinking<br \/>\n\tBuilding partnerships\/relationships<br \/>\n\tInterpersonal relations<br \/>\n\tJudgement<br \/>\n\tPresentation Skills<br \/>\n\tResult Orientation\/Drive<\/p>\n<p>Closing Date<\/p>\n<p>\t2025\/09\/14<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( https:\/\/allangrayorbis.org\/ ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Allan Gray Orbis Foundation","_company_website":"https:\/\/allangrayorbis.org\/","_company_tagline":"The Allan Gray Orbis Foundation invests in a long-term legacy of greatness by inspiring and developing individuals will become high impact responsible entrepreneurs.
