\tPayroll queries resolved within 48 hours on average.
\n\tOn-time, accurate third-party payments.
\n\tOnboarding\/offboarding payroll tasks completed within timelines<\/p>\n
People Management & Team Development<\/p>\n
\tPayroll team tasks completed within deadlines.
\n\tAt least two staff training or knowledge-sharing sessions conducted bi-annually.<\/p>\n
Personal Development<\/p>\n
\tBi-Annual feedback on all learning and development initiatives (informal and informal).

Requirements<\/p>\n
\tA National Diploma in Payroll\/HR and\/or Finance
\n\tA minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar role
\n\tA minimum of 2 years’ experience within a Supervisory role<\/p>\n
