Business Management<\/p>\n
\tAccurately record time spent on projects.
\n\tParticipate in new business pitches and development initiatives.
\n\tPromote a positive agency reputation internally and externally.<\/p>\n
People & Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tSupport team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
\n\tParticipate in departmental initiatives (e.g., Disruption sessions, training).
\n\tProvide constructive feedback to improve departmental processes.
\n\tEmbrace change and adapt to evolving client and agency needs.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Knowledge & Experience Required:<\/p>\n
\t1\u20133 years of experience as a copywriter in a leading creative agency.
\n\tProven ability to generate and produce world-class ideas and copy.<\/p>\n
Skills & Educational Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tExceptional copywriting and storytelling ability.
\n\tStrategic mindset and technical writing proficiency.
\n\tStrong presentation and communication skills.
\n\tVersatile writing styles (e.g., profound, comedic, poetic, epic).
\n\tUnderstanding of TV and content production, including edits, sound, music, voice, and direction.<\/p>\n
