Main purpose of the job<\/p>\n
\tTo act as a primary contact point for HR related services to management and staff of the University<\/p>\n
Main tasks<\/p>\n
\tImplement and monitor HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with the University requirements as well as relevant legislation
\n\tProvide HR services to management and employees within the allocated sector
\n\tGeneral administrative duties<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualification\/ Knowledge and\/or Experience \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tThree-year qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
\n\tThree years\u2019 experience in a generalist HR environment.
\n\tWorking knowledge of an HR administration system.
\n\tWorking knowledge of applicable South African labour legislation.
\n\tRegistration with SABPP.<\/p>\n
Desired Qualification, Knowledge and\/or Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tPostgraduate studies in Human Resources or equivalent.
\n\tAt least five years\u2019 experience in a generalist HR environment.<\/p>\n
