\tDis-Chem Pharmacies has a position available for a Careline Representative at our Head Office in Midrand. You will be required to Interact with Dis-Chem`s customers and provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services. You will also be required to help resolve any customer complaints and concerns.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
Essential:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 \/ Matric
\n\tMinimum 1 Year in Administration or Public Relations<\/p>\n
Advantage:<\/p>\n
\tAdministration, Customer Service or Public Relations Qualification<\/p>\n
Job Specification<\/p>\n
\tEnsure accurate data capturing and completion of documentation gets done.
\n\tAccurate Process of Transaction \u2013 TRMS \u2013 capturing and reporting.
\n\tEnsure effective internal communication (within customer service\/benefits programme).
\n\tEscalate compliments, complaints and product sourcing to supervisor daily.
\n\tEnsure effective external communication (customer \u2013 feedback provided).
\n\tEnsure Store Manager and relevant employees are kept informed of all elements regarding the Dis-Chem Online store.
\n\tCreate a central point of contact for all general queries, compliments and complaints.
\n\tAssist customers with any enquiries and refer customers to the appropriate departments where applicable.<\/p>\n

\tMicrosoft Office \u2013 Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
\n\tAdministration and customer relations
\n\tEnglish and 2nd\u00a0Additional Language \u2013 Read, write, speak and understand
\n\tKnowledge of the POPI and consumer protection act
\n\tEnglish \u2013 Read, write and speak well
\n\tCommunication skills
\n\tUnderstanding problems and solving \u2013 problem-solving, patient and working under pressure
\n\tHonest, trustworthy and accuracy<\/p>\n
