This includes execution of the shopper component of brand marketing\/customer and category plans.<\/p>\n<p>WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE<\/p>\n<p>\tThe Shopper Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Brand team and agencies as well as the Channel &amp; Category, E-Commerce and Trade Category Teams. Other key relationships will be with the Customer Management team (for Retailer engagement) and Unilever Field Sales (for execution) to effectively deliver activations, innovations and customer collaborations.<br \/>\n\tDrive shopper thought leadership that increases, develops and sustains Unilever and Category growth opportunities.<br \/>\n\tDrive Shopper Mission and Shopper\/Channel understanding in all plans, activations, and innovations that deliver long-term consumer behaviour change, incremental sales and build brand equity.<br \/>\n\tLeads execution of shopper-based plans that are rooted in shopper and consumer insights aligned to brand\/category objectives.<br \/>\n\tWork closely with key internal \/ external stakeholders to execute shopper marketing activities against key objectives.<br \/>\n\tAdopt, Adapt and implement Global Best Practice of point of sale (POS) material to deliver best in class POS that delivers value for the retailer, is shopper based and drives incremental sales.<br \/>\n\tEnsure \u201cbest in class\u201d executional excellence of Shopper Marketing Plans through clear briefs to internal and external executional teams.<br \/>\n\tClear brief to field team on all execution of the instore activities<br \/>\n\tManage activity budgets annually and monthly execution against financial principles<br \/>\n\tLead a rigorous and transparent post-evaluation analysis of specific activations, initiatives that guide the business on its success based on agreed KPIs.<br \/>\n\tShopper marketing planning- Developing plans that drive shopper strategy<br \/>\n\tShopper engagement \u2013 working with customers and agencies to create and execute shopper programs<br \/>\n\tShopper impact Evaluating and learning from SM programs<br \/>\n\tShopper insight \u2013 knowing shoppers and shopping and translating it into action<\/p>\n<p>Experiences &amp; Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.<br \/>\n\t3\u20135 years of experience in brand, shopper, or customer marketing within FMCG or retail.<br \/>\n\tStrong understanding of omnichannel retail environments and shopper behaviour.<br \/>\n\tProven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.<br \/>\n\tExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.<br \/>\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and digital marketing tools.<br \/>\n\tAnalytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.<br \/>\n\tCreative thinker with a bias for action and innovation.<\/p>\n<p>Skills<\/p>\n<p>\tStrong interpersonal skills<br \/>\n\tAbility to demonstrate team player capabilities<br \/>\n\tStrong project management skills<br \/>\n\tStrategic, influencing and presentation skills<br \/>\n\tStrong collaborative business partner that is business savvy<br \/>\n\tUnderstanding of shopper, customer strategy and tactics<br \/>\n\tExcellent computer skills<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( https:\/\/www.unilever.co.za ) or<\/p>\n<p>careers.unilever.com<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/careers.unilever.com","_company_name":"Unilever","_company_website":"https:\/\/www.unilever.co.za","_company_tagline":"On any given day, two billion people use Unilever products to look good, feel good and get more out of life.
