Role Description<\/p>\n
\tProvide top-notch service to our customers telephonically, face to face, and using written communications. In this role, you will interact directly with our Customers to answer questions, solve problems, provide training, upsell additional products, and maintain our company’s reputation for high-quality service and responsiveness.<\/p>\n
Roles and Responsibilities <\/p>\n
\tMaintain updated knowledge of all company products and services to provide adequate education to Customers.
\n\tProvide information and instructions about relevant products and services by being a trusted advisor to apply practice management enhancements or improvements using CGM products.
\n\tMake product and service suggestions to meet the customer’s specific needs.
\n\tPromptly answer customer questions and provide information to resolve any issues.
\n\tUnderstand Sales process and cycles.
\n\tObtain and document customer feedback and information and share that with relevant departments and team members.
\n\tGenerate interest in new products or services and connect customers with salespeople when required.
\n\tFoster, develop and maintain relationships with customers to improve our retention rate.
\n\tAttend all required customer service-related meetings.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\t2+ years of experience in a customer service-related role.
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n\tAbility to foster and maintain relationships.
\n\tOrganizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once.
\n\tPositive and service-orientated attitude.
\n\tAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
\n\tBasic computer skills and excellent phone disposition.
\n\tWillingness to work independently or as part of a team.
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n
