\tTWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Strategic Marketer & Client Relations Specialist within the Financial Services division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.<\/p>\n
Job Summary<\/p>\n
\tThis role involves leading strategic marketing initiatives and elevate client engagement across our Financial Services division. This newly created role blends high-level marketing strategy with hands-on relationship management, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of our brand and client experience.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities and Duties<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement marketing strategies for the Insurance Group and individual JR portfolios
\n\tDesign onboarding and engagement strategies for potential BEE brokers
\n\tLead multi-channel campaigns to promote insurance products and systems
\n\tDrive lead generation and customer engagement across insurance sectors
\n\tManage social media marketing, content creation, and performance analytics
\n\tCoordinate events, expos, sponsorships, and social functions
\n\tOversee website management and digital growth in collaboration with Corporate Marketing
\n\tPrepare and manage the marketing budget and assess ROI
\n\tLead brand positioning, rebranding efforts, and document standardisation in collaboration with Corporate Marketing
\n\tEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory marketing standards
\n\tAnalyse customer feedback and implement service improvements
\n\tSupport customer education through newsletters, guides, and webinars
\n\tManage Welverdiend Guesthouse and Pot & Plant operations
\n\tContribute to employee soft skills training and development
\n\tBuild and maintain stakeholder relationships<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Skills<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Honours degree would be advantageous)
\n\t10+ years\u2019 experience in strategic marketing and client relations
\n\tMinimum 5 years in a senior management or leadership role
\n\tStrong project management, analytical, and interpersonal skills
\n\tBilingual (Afrikaans & English) with excellent communication abilities
\n\tValid Driver\u2019s License (Code 08)<\/p>\n
