Core Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tGrow Givaudan business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines Assume lead role for all Givaudan activities for designated accounts
\n\tCultivate customer relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Givaudan as preferred supplier
\n\tDevelop, communicate and implement strategic ADPs, sales forecasts, and budget for key accounts, with clear KPIs
\n\tManage brief pipeline (quality and quantity of projects) to achieve growth plans Defend base business in key markets and with key customers
\n\tNegotiate pricing agreements within guidelines and manage credit, pricing, rebates, etc. for key accounts<\/p>\n
Your Professional experience<\/p>\n
\tUniversity degree
\n\t4-6 years successful sales, marketing or customer relationship experience in food or related industry
\n\tDemonstrated ability to apply strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting skills to develop ADPs Thorough knowledge of customers and competition
\n\tUnderstanding of customer strategy, initiatives, priorities, launch processes, and how to position Givaudan o\ufb00erings
\n\tPossesses thorough understanding of pro\ufb01tability goals for key accounts
\n\tCan e\ufb00ectively execute all account management steps in the brief handling process; understands how to manage scale-ups
\n\tCan e\ufb00ectively generate new business by identifying unmet customer needs Ability to build strong relationships with key customer decision-makers<\/p>\n
