\tReporting to the Electrical Foreman the successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance troubleshooting and repair of Plant Equipment.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 \/ N3\/ NQF4
\n\tQualified Electrician with a recognized trade test
\n\tValid drivers license and the ability to pass Randwater K53 test
\n\tWireman\u2019s license will be an added advantage
\n\t2 years post apprenticeship experience<\/p>\n
Primary Duties\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDo all scheduled maintenance tasks
\n\tInvestigate and repair all breakdowns
\n\tMaintaining of work standards and ensuring legal and safety compliance
\n\tGive input and executer plant improvements and modifications
\n\tOn the job training to be given to new personnel assistants and apprentices
\n\tAssist and manage contractors
\n\tCoordination of projects
\n\tMonitoring and analyses of section performance data
\n\tPlan scheduled defects and job cards
\n\tAssist in shutdown planning
\n\tMaintain and update electrical drawings in relevant sections<\/p>\n

\n\tAC and DC drives
\n\tSchematic drawings
\n\tApplication and Operation of actuators
