Job Description<\/p>\n
\tAs an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside our HR team, supporting day-to-day operations, and contributing to employee engagement and organizational development initiatives. This internship is an excellent opportunity to develop foundational HR skills and gain insight into various HR functions.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tAssist in recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
\n\tSupport onboarding and orientation of new employees
\n\tHelp maintain employee records and update HR databases
\n\tAssist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
\n\tSupport payroll and benefits administration under supervision
\n\tParticipate in HR projects such as policy updates and employee surveys
\n\tHandle routine employee inquiries and provide basic HR support
\n\tConduct research on HR best practices and labor laws<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
\n\tStrong interest in HR and talent management
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
\n\tAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
\n\tPositive attitude, eager to learn, and proactive
\n\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team<\/p>\n
